Pennsylvania Pedigree

Choose Pedigree: Ordered By

In 1981 store manager Al Stolz discovered a lead to a collection of 1000 mostly superhero comics from 1941-44 which were then purchased by Steve Geppi.  The collection ranks in the Top 25% for quality, and a few years later more comics surfaced through the same source and were again purchased by Geppi.  The bulk of the collection was held in the personal collections of Geppi and Bob Overstreet before they started making their way into the market.
