In an era where the condition expectations were tempered by assumptions that grades were not available above 8.0 and page quality not seen better than off-white this Atomic Age (1950s) collection that originated in Washington State surfaced in 1990.  A portion of the collection was purchased by Mark Haspel, the balance being bought by Stephen Foshler and Vincent Zurzolo.  The collection, which mainly represented horror and science fiction genres but also had runs of Batman, contained over 1000 comics with white pages in high grade condition.  It is known for being the best collection from this time frame.
