Be wary of the item description and pay extra attention to the photos and even compare them to other products, as I was sold something that was "Like New" that had heavy damage to the case and the insert was ripped. The seller was courteous enough to offer a generous refund, which is why I'm giving them a positive review, but be careful! Also, $8 shipping for it to be just shipped in a bubble mailer is way too costly. I've sold quite a bit on eBay and $5 is fair for that in this economy.

The damage was not noticed initially and was a mistake on our part. Had the damage been detected it would have been described in the condition. We worked out a partial refund with the buyer.
