Synopsis:Dog is making unwelcome advances toward Rose when he is interrupted by James who runs to tell his father. In retaliation, Dog kills James' pet puppy which gets both he and his father thrown off of the Howlett estate. Feeling that he has been treated unfairly, Thomas Logan forces Rose to help him sneak into the Howlett bedchamber. John finds Thomas attempting to abduct his wife and interferes. Drawn by the commotion, James arrives just in time to see Thomas shoot his father in the head. As James goes after Thomas, bone claws emerge from the back of his hands and he stabs Thomas to death.
