Another pedigree that contains a copy of Action Comics #1, the collection starts in 1936, runs through 1941 and contains many rare issues among the 1000 comics accumulated by collector Lamont Larson.  At the time the young Larson would miss an occasional issue so the store owner where he purchased his comics would save  issues for him and mark them as "Larson" or "Lamont", the identifying mark of the collection.
